Our Mission
Home Assurance is a certified Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) provider committed to helping vulnerable Minnesotans find and maintain stable housing. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home, regardless of the challenges they face.
Our personalized approach recognizes that each client's situation is unique. We take the time to understand individual needs and barriers, creating customized housing plans that lead to lasting stability.
What is HSS?
Housing Stabilization Services is a Medicaid-funded program in Minnesota that helps people with disabilities find and keep housing. As a certified HSS provider, Home Assurance delivers these services at no cost to eligible individuals who:
✔ Have a disability or disabling condition
✔ Are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing housing instability
✔ Require support to obtain or maintain housing
✔ Receive Medical Assistance (Medicaid) in Minnesota

Our relationship with clients doesn't end once housing is secured. We provide continued assistance to help navigate challenges and maintain stability over time.

We advocate for our clients' housing rights while simultaneously empowering them with the knowledge and skills to advocate for themselves.
